Facial balancing is a filler plan that treats the cheeks, jawline, chin and lips as one system. At My Aesthetic Doctor in Larchmont, Dr. Elham Fakhre, MD uses Radiesse for structure and a hyaluronic acid filler for the lips, in one or two visits.

Session one: October 2025

Radiesse is a calcium hydroxylapatite filler. It gives firm support in structural areas like the chin and jawline, and it encourages your own collagen over the months that follow. Building the chin forward first gave Jennifer's lower face a foundation before anything else was added.

Session two: September 2026

  • Radiesse, 0.7 cc to the cheeks
  • Radiesse, 0.8 cc to each side of the jawline (1.6 cc total)
  • Radiesse, 0.7 cc to the chin, to refine the first session
  • Evolysse Smooth, 1 cc to the lips

Session two added 3.0 cc of Radiesse across the cheeks, jawline and chin, then 1 cc of Evolysse Smooth, a hyaluronic acid filler, for soft, natural fullness in the lips. Across both visits Jennifer received 4.5 cc of Radiesse and 1 cc of lip filler.

Dosing this conservative is deliberate. Dr. Fakhre performs every injection herself, and each amount was chosen for Jennifer's face rather than a standard template.

Downtime

Jennifer had mild swelling for about one day. She went back to work the next morning.

Results and Transformation

Jennifer's results were visible the same day. Her after photos were taken right after treatment, so what you see below is the immediate change, with any early swelling still present.

What changed:

  • A defined jawline that now separates the face from the neck in profile
  • Higher, more visible cheekbones from the front and three-quarter views
  • A chin that projects in line with the lips and nose
